DFC Ceramics has been the world leader in the manufacture of Fire Assay Fusion and Cupellation Furnaces for over 100 years. We make every furnace from 'beginning to end' and we will always carry the 'rebuild kits' for any furnace that we make.

The 815 Model has rapidly gained recognition as a 'favorite' for Fire Assayers who have a preference for silicon carbide heating elements. These 'globars' offer a faster heatup and a faster recovery time.

We also provade an 815L Model that was developed for large mining operations that must process large quantities of samples. It is a 'double zone' furnace with separate controllers for the front and the back of the chamber allowing for precision assaying and tighter control of large volumes of work. This model comes with a Swing Away Door or an Airlift Door operated by a foot pedal.

We are going to produce the 800 Cupellation Furnace again! This is a smaller sized furnace on the exterior but will still handle 48 cupels at a time!
